Full-automatic Tencha Steam Sterilization for Safety and Freshness

Every step of Tencha production is carefully controlled to preserve the tea’s natural color, fresh taste, and delicate aroma. Fresh tea leaves are first withered, then steamed to lock in their freshness before being cooled and dried.
The leaves are then separated from the stems and dried again individually. Through precise cutting and repeated air sorting, the leaves are refined to a consistent size, while the leaf veins are carefully separated. Magnetic screening provides an additional quality check before the Tencha leaves and whole veins are weighed and packaged separately by batch.
This carefully managed process ensures consistent quality, a refined appearance, and reliable batch traceability.
