Full-automatic Tencha Steam Sterilization for Safety and Freshness

Every step of Tencha production is carefully controlled to preserve the tea’s natural color, fresh taste, and delicate aroma. Fresh tea leaves are first withered, then steamed to lock in their freshness before being cooled and dried.
The leaves are then separated from the stems and dried again individually. Through precise cutting and repeated air sorting, the leaves are refined to a consistent size, while the leaf veins are carefully separated. Magnetic screening provides an additional quality check before the Tencha leaves and whole veins are weighed and packaged separately by batch.
This carefully managed process ensures consistent quality, a refined appearance, and reliable batch traceability.

Full-Chain Quality Control
From organic tea cultivation to finished Matcha, every production stage is governed by rigorous quality controls. HACCP systems, designated OPRP and CCP control points, and pesticide residue and heavy metal testing in collaboration with SGS and Eurofins help ensure product safety and consistent quality. In-house inspections, independent third-party testing and comprehensive traceability records provide buyers with greater confidence in product compliance, reliable sourcing and export documentation.
Comprehensive Foreign Object Prevention
A multi-layered foreign object prevention system safeguards Matcha purity from the tea garden to final production. Controlled harvesting environments, fresh leaf inspections, food-grade processing materials, purified compressed air and regular equipment maintenance help minimize contamination risks. Multiple magnetic separation, metal detection and X-ray inspection stages provide additional protection against foreign matter. For buyers, this means greater product purity, reduced contamination risks, more consistent quality and greater confidence in the safety and reliability of every shipment.
